M1935 Heer Single Decal German Helmet This is an Original M1935 Heer Single Decal German Helmet. This WWII German helmet retains around 80% of its original factory rough texture reissue paint. The helmet has a slight sheen to it and may have received a lacquer overcoat during the early post war period. The liner is the original and correct steel banded M1931 liner found in mid War reissued German helmets. The liner band is 1942 dated and is a size 57. The leather is in fair to good condition with typical wear and some cracking. An added bonus is the presence of the original chin strap with aluminum buckle. The strap is in good solid condition. The long end of the strap has been shortened which was a common practice among the German soldiers. The Split pins are intact and match the exterior paint. The Reissue Huber Jordan Heer decal rates around 90% intact with just light field wear and scuffs. The Heer decal has an application error on the left side. There is no evidence of the Tricolor decal being under the over-paint. Most likely the Tricolor decal was removed as per the regulations in mid 1940. This German helmet is a Q64 indicating manufacture by the FW Quist firm in Esslingen, German. The helmet has a lot number of 47 indicating an early Quist made helmet. As with all my WWII German helmets, this M1935 Heer German helmet comes with my Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Guarantee. $975.00 Item #1650 Just Arrived |

M1940 Heer Two Color Camouflaged German Helmet Here's a WWII German helmet that didn't sit the War out! This is a combat seasoned M1940 Heer Two Color Camouflaged German helmet. The exterior of this WWII German helmet retains 75% or better of the original dark green and tan spray camouflaged paint. Most likely this is a helmet used in the Italian theatre. The exterior has a slight sheen and was possibly over-coated with lacquer, but most of the lacquer is worn off. The three split pins are fully intact and match the exterior paint. This German helmet has the correct aluminum reinforced M1931 liner. The liner leather is missing. This one just needs some period leather installed. The Heer decal is mostly painted over but is peaking through in a couple of areas. This German helmet is an NS64 with a low lot number DN95. M1940 Heer Single Decal German Helmet Named to Ernst This is a nice looking M1940 Single Decal Heer German helmet. The exterior of this WWII German helmet retains 85% or better of the original field applied chunky over- paint. The split pins are fully intact and match the paint. This German helmet has had a reproduction liner and chinstrap added during the post war years. The name of the German Soldier, Ernst is nicely painted in the inner skirt. The Heer decal has been uncovered during the post war years as there is evidence of cleaning on the decal and surrounding area. The same person must have thought that there would be a decal on the right side and did some exploring there as well. Overall the helmet still has a great look and is perfect for someone looking for a real WWII German helmet that is budget friendly. This German helmet is an ET62 with a lot number of 841. German Heer M42/M43 Field Cap This is a really neat piece and truly a battle field bring back item. The cap is a converted M42 Overseas cap. The German soldier field improvised a brim which lead to a cap more reminiscent of the M43. The cap is made from Italian wool typical of the period and is in good overall condition. The brim is filled with some sort of material and is made from a fairly crude gray wool. The Bevo made one piece Heer insignia & cockade is a more scarce type and has a nice overall look. The trap is hand sewn. The liner is made from cotton twill and exhibits normal wear. This German cap is not maker marked or size stamped but it appears to be a size 54-55. Overall just a scarce & unique example of the M42/43 German Heer Field cap. As with all of my items, this scarce and beautiful visor cap comes with my Written Lifetime Guarantee and Certificate of Authenticity. $800.00 Item#1620 |

This is a more scarce type of the Luftschutz helmet as this one is found in an M1934 Edelstahl type German helmet. This WWII German helmet is in super clean nice condition. This German helmet retains around 99% of the original blue gray factory paint. The helmet has a nice hand painted "37" on the side, most likely a unit number. The original dome pad is present and moves around which is fairly common. The liner retains the original drawstring and is size stamped 56. M1916 WWI German Helmet The WWI German helmets have always been a favorite of mine. Early during the WWI period the German soldiers were still using the leather helmets designed in 1867. The exterior retains around 60-70% of the original OD green paint. The helmet does have a dent in the dome area. The liner is present. The leather is dry and is in fair condition. WWII US M1 Front Seam Fixed Bale Combat Helmet This is a simply stunning WWII M1 Front Seam Fixed Bale American helmet. The McCord steel shell retains close to 100% of the original WWII dark green (cork) rough texture factory paint. The steel shell is front seam, fixed bale and retains the machine sewn OD green straps with brass fittings. The steel shell has a heat stamp number in the front inside brim of "262A" indicating manufacture of August 1942. The liner shell is an uncommon Inland manufactured piece 1942-43. The Inland Corporation manufactured liners from 1941 to mid 1943. The correct Inland Trademark is stamped in the liner shell along with a "2". The liner interior retains all the original khaki WWII vintage netting, nape, and leather sweatband. The helmet does not have any naming, with the exception of the initials "CKW" in the sweatband. The liner is appear to be in un-issued perfect condition. The steel shell & the liner shell both have a Silver stenciled Lt. Colonel rank insignia. The only question I have about the entire piece is when the Lt. Col. insignia was applied. The insignia is in perfect condition on both pieces, but the helmet is also in perfect condition. It is entirely possible that the insignia were applied during the WWII or could have easily been post war applied. Overall, this is easily one of the best condition US M1 WWII helmets on the planet! WWII Imperial Japanese Navy EM/NCO Side Cap Here's one for you fans of HBO's "Pacific" Mini-series. The WWII Japanese Naval Landing side caps are tough to find. This Japanese side cap is in mint un-issued condition. The Naval Yellow Anchor insignia has the correct stitching and weave. There are no visible maker markings on the inside of the cap. Most likely a mid 1945 manufactured piece. As with all my WWII items, this WWII Japanese Naval side cap comes with my Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Guarantee. $395.00 Item #1652 Just Arrived |
