Terms of Sale

I offer a 7 day inspection period that begins upon receipt of item.   If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you may return for a 100% refund, less shipping.   I also offer a lifetime guarantee as to the authenticity of the items you purchase.  I carefully select the helmets that I sell on this website.  I can assure that the helmets listed are 100% authentic pre-1945 German Helmets.     

Payment Methods  

Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card through PayPal.  Personal checks will require a 7 day hold.

  

There will be a 4.0% fee for PayPal purchases. For PayPal, simply provide me with your e-mail address and the item(s) you want and I will forward you a PayPal invoice.   Master Card & Visa payments require a 3.5% processing fee for domestic US orders and international orders.  Bear in mind that the processing fees are at costs and I do not mark these items up.   

Shipping 

Items will be shipped after the check clears for items paid with personal checks. 

Shipping/handling is typically handled through UPS for domestic shipments.  Shipping costs will be provided on a order by order basis.   Insurance is highly recommended as well.   We do use USPS on smaller domestic shipments, which are typically shipped Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation.

We ship internationally on a quote basis.  I will ship to any country that shipping is available.   Be advised that if you are in a banned country, the risk for customs seizure is yours.  International orders typically ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express International Mail.  Tracking is not the best on USPS Priority Mail and I do recommend either using EMS Service or going with United Parcel Service International Door to Door Service on higher value pieces.  If items are shipped with low declared value, and are shipped basically uninsured, WW2GermanHelmets.com cannot be held responsible for any loss.
